        由于韩国地处温带,气候寒冷,为了适应大自然,谋求生存之道,冬天韩国人会将蔬菜腌制在一个个的

    大瓮中,制作成腌制食物,以利食物的保存,让他们度过漫漫寒冬。久而久之,泡菜,便成为韩国最具特

    色的传统料理之一。也成为韩国不可或缺的菜肴。

      

        而想要腌一手好吃的泡菜,除了腌制的步骤要正确外,还要懂得挑选新鲜的食材,掌握调味料的搭配等

    ,可是一门大学问呢。


       
    例如:韩国人腌大白菜泡菜,是整颗白菜腌渍的,不能把白菜切成片腌制。首先把白菜对切後,为了让它入,

    会拨开叶子,将调好的调味料,一片片涂抹在白菜的叶子里,等腌好要吃的时候,才会切成小片状上桌。

       韩国的泡菜时间久了会变酸,但那并不是坏掉的臭酸,而是经过发酵后的酸,泡菜还是可以吃,而且经过发酵过

    后的泡菜,含有益人体的乳酸,吃了对身体很有益处呢!

       韩国为了发扬他们的泡菜文化,在汉城还有一座『泡菜博物馆』,展示有关泡菜的历史、种类和制作过程。如果你对泡菜真的
